All products sold by InkwearUS.com are custom-made to order through our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Every item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy is standard throughout the print-on-demand industry. We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, sizing charts, colors, and order information carefully before completing checkout.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will provide a free replacement or full refund when an issue is caused by a production, fulfillment, or shipping error.
If your item arrives defective, significantly damaged during transit, or contains a printing error such as an incorrect design, misaligned print, or faded print, you may request a free replacement or full refund.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
If you receive an incorrect product, wrong color, wrong size based on what was ordered, or any item different from your order confirmation, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will either ship the correct item free of charge or issue a full refund.
If the garment label does not match the size ordered, this is considered a fulfillment error.
Please provide photographs of both the garment and size label. Upon verification, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier and does not arrive within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the shipment and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Because all products are manufactured on demand, we do not offer size or color exchanges.
Customers should carefully review the sizing chart available on each product page before ordering. Sizing information is supplied by the garment manufacturer and reflects actual product measurements.
If an incorrect size was selected during checkout but the item was produced correctly according to the order, we cannot provide a free replacement.
In certain circumstances, we may offer a discount toward a replacement order at our discretion.
Claims submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed for replacement or refund because they fall outside our fulfillment partner's claim window.
To request a replacement or refund, please provide the following:
We aim to review and respond to all claims within 2–3 business days.
For approved claims, a replacement order or full refund will be issued. In most cases, the defective or incorrect product does not need to be returned.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing generally takes between 5–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Unauthorized returns cannot be processed, accepted, or refunded.
Valid claims involving defective, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or lost products are covered under our fulfillment partner's fulfillment guarantee.
This means there is no cost to you when a verified production or shipping error has occurred.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit, waive, or reduce any rights available to consumers under applicable United States federal or state law.
This includes rights that may arise under consumer protection statutes, warranty laws, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act where applicable.
Consumers who believe their rights have not been respected may contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or their state Attorney General.
Canadian customers retain all rights available under applicable federal and provincial consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
Customers may also contact the Competition Bureau of Canada or their provincial consumer protection authority if they require additional guidance.
