InkwearUS.com is a print-on-demand (POD) online store. All products are manufactured and shipped on demand by our third-party fulfillment partner, which operates production facilities worldwide. We do not hold physical inventory. Every item is custom-produced at the time of your order.
After payment is confirmed, your order enters production. Please allow the following estimated production lead times before dispatch:
Production times may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holiday season, major sale events). A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.
After production, estimated transit times are:
Transit time begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Total delivery time equals production time plus transit time. Public holidays, carrier delays, and customs clearance may extend delivery.
Depending on your location and product type, orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, Asendia, or a local last-mile carrier. Your tracking number and carrier information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and dimensions. The full shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be reflected at checkout.
Our fulfillment partner operates facilities across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Europe. Your order will be produced and shipped from the facility best positioned to serve your location efficiently.
For most US and Canadian customers, orders ship from a North American facility.
Orders shipped to Canada and other international destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are legally prohibited from marking international shipments as "gifts" or under-declaring the value of goods. All shipments are declared at their accurate value.
Canadian Customers: We recommend including your phone number at checkout to help ensure smooth customs clearance and reduce the risk of package delays.
InkwearUS.com collects and remits sales tax as required by applicable US state and local laws. Texas customers will be charged Texas state sales tax at checkout where applicable.
Sales tax obligations vary by state and are subject to change. For Canadian orders, applicable GST/HST/PST may be collected where required by Canadian law.

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact us at info@inkwearus.com with your order number within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Claims submitted after 30 days of the estimated delivery date cannot be guaranteed a replacement or refund under our fulfillment partner's terms.
If non-delivery was caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout, any replacement shipment will be at the customer's cost.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement order or issue a full refund.
Please allow up to 5 business days for carrier investigation. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control, but we will always work to resolve the issue for you.
If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner's facility due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempt, we will notify you by email.
We will hold the package for 30 days at no additional charge. During this period you may request a reship (additional shipping costs apply).
If no action is taken within 30 days, the order will not qualify for a replacement or refund.
